About Us

During senior year in high school, Paul Miller learned to juggle. And it forever changed his life. His next four years at college were filled with studying accounting. And play.

After deciding he didn't want a traditional 9-5 he got a job waiting tables outside Boston. It was there that he would meet his future wife Dawn Daria, and begin entertaining people with his juggling. After 10 years, in 1999, he founded Flow Circus as a performing and circus skills education company.

Traveled the US and delighting audiences with comedy juggling, Paul performed on thousands of stages, big and small. From rural libraries in Alabama, to the corporate functions in Las Vegas. Alaska to the Caribbean, Hawaii, and all over in between, he's been fortunate to have shared his love of juggling far and wide.

In 2007 Paul joined forces with Dawn as education director to increase connection and improve well-being. In 2017 they co-created the Flop Ball to provide an inclusive tool for introducing people of all ages and abilities the benefits of kinetic play.

In 2024 they rebranded Flow Circus as Playful Campus to better communicate the impact they make to college and corporate campuses.

Paul and Dawn live in Wake Forest, NC and are passionate juggling and making learning fun. And about helping heal the world through playful activities and practice.

Yay Flop!
